ESADE PhD program in Management Sciences provides rigorous training for academic and research careers in management. It enables our graduates to become leaders in management research and education in their respective fields. The Master of Research in Management Sciences (MRes) is the standard path to transfer to the PhD and comprises all the core courses necessary for the PhD. The MRes is considered as the foundational coursework for the PhD.
