• There are many options available to help you clean your
teeth
• Electric tooth brushes; available inexpensively in Wal-
Mart or Shoppers Drug Mart
• They're good because they do the work for you
• Helpful tips: Tennis ball brush: excellent tool for people
with arthritis
• Make sure to buy a brush with soft bristles because they
are less irritating
