eRoom EOL will not be announced until feature near-parity in CenterStage reached eRoom will follow the 3+2 years rule New features will be added to CenterStage only Title Month Year

Talk about Pros and Cons of the three scenarios

What are the ideal use cases for CenterStage 1.0?

What ever platforms the Documentum platform supports, eRoom Enterprise supports.

Crown and EMC are working together to provide quality practices, technology, and support for your successful conversion. The combination of those practices technology and support that are incorporated into a standard conversion model. The standard conversion model that I will present today is based on experience developed by Crown and EMC todate. This model will continue to be enhanced and updated to correspond to CenterStage v1.0 v.15 and D7.

We have been developing the CenterStage product in tandem with Crown Partners’ development of the RedCarpet utility…as we add more features to CenterStage, they are adding the parallel features to their utility. We both released betas of our products last fall and now are preparing for the commercial releases of both products in late Q2 09.

    12. Step 2: Review Your eRoom Customizations
      • Complete a customization inventory
      • Determine which customizations are still relevant in CenterStage
        • Certain eRoom customizations may no longer be necessary due to CenterStage or Documentum platform capabilities
      • Specify a re-implementation plan for customizations
        • No migration path available for eRoom customizations
