  • 2. Today the Dutch Government has declared a minute of silence for sorrow, hope and respect for the victims and to honor the victims of all nationalities. Today Wednesday 23 july 2014 at 4:00 PM (CET) is a time of grieve and respect for those who have lost their lives, families, friends, colleagues, neighbours or any other loved ones due to the terrible tragedy of flight MH17. Our hearts & minds go out to all victims - their families, friends and everyone who were close to them. 1 minute contemplation, to think about what is going on in the World and what really is important in life is not enough, should it be stretched to 298 minutes [ 1 minute for every person that died in this tragedy] ?.
