  1. 1. Adding references manually in RefWorks http:// unihub.mdx.ac.uk / study / library
  2. 2. It is possible to add references manually Select ‘New reference’
  3. 3. Choose ‘referencing style’ and then ‘reference type’ eg. journal article
  4. 4. Fill out the details that you have and select ‘Add to folder’
  5. 5. You can then choose the folder where you want to save the reference Add to folder
  6. 6. You can continue to add additional information… When you have finished ‘Save reference’
  7. 7. If the reference does not appear in the chosen folder, check in ‘All references’ and move to folder of choice Click on ‘View’ Select ‘All references’ Select item to move Select folder and reference will be moved
