  • Quality in elearning can often be achieved by self-reflection and self-evaluation. Some scholars in the field of eleanring are suggesting that it is the learner that should be evaluated and 'accredited' and not the institution. Perhpas we need to develop a series of self evaluation and reflective approaches that work in a global environment.
