  • Hvordan strukturerer vi som iværksættere opstart og forretningsudvikling..? De færreste, som starter virksomhed, har ikke ressourcerne til at gennemføre alle de aktiviteter der forekommer afgørende eller nødvendige for virksomhedens udvikling, på én gang. Af samme grund er det heller ikke muligt at lave en realistisk plan for samtlige aktiviteter, som holder. Alternativet er derfor i stedet, at man løbende må vælge, hvor man vælger at bruge indsatsen, og hele tiden anvende virksomhedens begrænsede ressourcer på det område, hvor man skaber størst udvikling. StartupHjulet giver overblik. Det er udviklet af The StartUp Company og David Madié. Modellens cirkelform indikerer, at der ikke er en bestemt sekvens af aktiviteter, som altid er rigtig for virksomhedens udvikling. Iværksætteren kan i stedet vælge de aktiviteter, der har størst betydning, eller der er mest energi omkring. For at træffe disse valg, er der brug for det overblik som StartupHjulet kan give. Det er et enkelt redskab der giver hurtigt overblik over virksomhedens udviklingsområder og opgaver og inddeler disse i fire forskellige udviklingsområder: > Forretningskoncept, som handler om… > Kunderelationer, som handler om… > Organisation, som handler om… > Drift, som handler om… Det vender jeg tilbage til – men først et kig på alt det praktiske…

Mainstreaming of ethnic advisory service? </li></ul><ul><li>September 2010, National Centre for Ethnic Entrepreneurship establish. 5 major cities including Copenhagen participate in Centre's activities. Set back for Copenhagen? </li></ul><ul><li>Focus is Growth, The general policy Inclusion </li></ul><ul><li>Between 1. jan. 11 to 30 th . Outreach Business Advisory service for traditional ethnic shopkeepers mostly restaurant owners and mini markets. (now has been running for 8 years). 178 contacts in 2011 so far. </li></ul><ul><li>Objectives: </li></ul><ul><li>To professionalize these business owners and guide them to receive advice from mainstream business advisory services. </li></ul><ul><li>Diversifying business sectors </li></ul><ul><li>To facilitate contact between ethnic business persons and relevant authorities. </li></ul>WWW.KK.DK/ERHVERV mail: shs@okf.kk.dk

The program consists of networking activities, Boot Camps, Spring Board, workshops and finally award of ”Q- entrepreneur of the year” 600 participants since 2009, creating 53 companies

Ethnic Entrepreneurship in City of Copenhagen WWW.KK.DK/ERHVERV mail: shs@okf.kk.dk Expats and students <ul><li>A new target group due to changing pattern of migration to Denmark. </li></ul><ul><li>Objectives : To keep foreign student in DK after finishing the study, To open new opportunities to spouses. </li></ul><ul><li>Activities: </li></ul><ul><li>Cooperation with universities to give entrepreneurship services to students, mostly in English. </li></ul><ul><li>A whole range of entrepreneurship free courses in English in Copenhagen Business Centre. </li></ul>
