THE RELEVANCE OF THEPROBLEM:o Breast cancer occupies the first place inthe structure of oncological morbidity(17.5%) and mortality rate among thefemale population of the whole world.According to the forecasts of Americanscientists, breast cancer is sick every10-11 woman born in recent years.
The social significance of BC is so great,that the scientific research with the aim ofsolving this problem are one of the leadingplaces in modern Oncology. An importantpoint is the prevention and earlydiagnosis of cancer . For rationalorganization of dispensary control it isimportant to highlight a group of womenwith a high risk of incidence of mammarygland cancer. This allows to determine thecontingent of women with the presence ofobligatory or optional forms of precancer.
THE OBJECTIVES OF THESTUDY: With the purpose of prevention of breast cancerexplore: 1) the degree of risk of breast cancer in different agegroups of the female population 2) the relationship of the received data with thestatistical data of the Belarusian cancer-register thesick
THE MATERIALS ANDMETHODS OF THE RESEARCH A questionnaire consisting of 31 of thequestion, in each of which reflects acertain risk factor for development ofmammary gland cancer. Respondentswere asked to select 1 answer fromexisting 2-3 options. Assessment of factorsmade conditional on a 3-point scale,depending on the degree of impact on thedevelopment of the mammary glandcancer. The form with the applicationform was issued for self-completion ofeach Respondent.
It surveyed 600 women 5 age group (for120 people in each): gr.1 - to 24 years old,I. 2 - aged 25-34, gr.3 - 35-44 years, gr.4 -45-54 years, gr.5 -55 years and older. Onthe amount of points was made aconclusion about the degree of risk BC:low 0-9 points, the average 10-19 points,high-20-50 points.

CONCLUSION: The age of 35-44 years is a border age (the age ofthe risk of the development of BC) because inthis age there are a maximum number of women: with the presence of controllable risk factorsRMJ with the presence of risk factors the mostsignificant in the development of the mammarygland cancer there has been a dramatic increase in the degreeof risk according to the results of testing
RECOMMENDATIONS: Women with 35 years of age should be subjectedto long-term surveillance. Starting from this age women need to conductmore self-examination, ultrasound diagnosticmammography, to conduct a healthy way of life.This is an important step in the prevention ofbreast cancer.
