In 1989, Mr. Rosenblum joined Mitchell, Silberberg & Knupp and, in 1993, formed his own law firm under the banner of the Law Offices of Michael S. Rosenblum. Mr. Rosenblum has diverse experience in the representation of business entities, including, real estate and corporate clients, both public and private, private equity and hedge funds and successful entrepreneurs and well known athletes in corporate and real estate matters. Mr. Rosenblum has also led public relations campaigns related to some of cases which he has managed as “outside” general counsel.  He has been quoted in Forbes, Bloomberg Magazine, Canadian publications and the PIPES Report (Private Investment in Public Entities)<br />Mr. Rosenblum received his B.S. in economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he majored in international business and political science. In 1986, Mr. Rosenblum received his J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law where he was a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program and a member of the Phi Delta legal fraternity.<br />Mr. Rosenblum is the co-President and a Director of the Southern California Regional Advisory Board for the University of Pennsylvania, a past director of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni Association of Southern California and a past Director and President of the Wharton Club of Southern California. Mr. Rosenblum is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Los Angeles Philharmonic and is a member of the Real Estate and Construction Cabinet of the United Jewish Fund. Mr. Rosenblum was formerly on the Executive Committee of the Presidents Club of Vista Del Mar.
