  • Accuracy is +/- 2% for ranges 0-250 Pa and below.Mounting: Gage is not sensitive to mounting orientation. No gravity effects
  • Filter type = HIGH. The display blinks when pressure is greater than the filter point.Filter type = LOW. The display blinks when pressure is less than the filter point.
  • If line power is lost, 9V battery will act as backup. Maintains the ability to read the gage during a power outage.
  • Picture on Right: Clean Room Airflow Path: Air is blown in through ductwork at top of room. The Filtered air “washes” down over the working area, and is exhausted through vents near bottom of room.
  • Filter installed to clean both incoming outside air, and the conditioned return air.
  • Fans should produce a specific volume of air at a specific speed. Variations of flow vs. speed can indicate blockage or fan damage. See manufacturer’s fan curve for data.
  • A duct leakage performance test involves pressurizing the duct system and simultaneously measuring the air flow through the fan and its effect on the pressure within the duct system. The tighter the duct system, the less air you need from the fan to create a change in duct system pressure.

  • Applications
    Clean Rooms
    Air Handlers
    Duct Pressure Monitoring
    Exhaust, Leakage testing
    General Filter Monitoring
  • Applications
    Clean Rooms
An area with a controlled level of particulate contamination
Positively Pressurized : In case of leaks, clean air leaks out instead of dirty air rushing in.
    Common in manufacturing facilities
    Pharmaceutical, semiconductor
  • Applications
    Clean Rooms
  • Applications
    Air Handlers – Filter Status
Filter in mixed air stream, just before the fan
  • Applications
    Air Handlers – Volumetric Flow
Monitor air flow at outlet of fan cone in AHU
    Prove fan is working efficiently
  • Applications
    Duct Leak Detection
Measure Air Flow and Static Pressure in duct
Leakage must be less than 1% of total CFM in a system
    Minimizes Energy Costs
  • Applications
Filter Status – Indoor Air Quality
Measure differential pressure across filter bank in a home
  • Ways to Sell
Easy upgrade from a Magnehelic® gage
    Ideal for Filter Applications
Better accuracy and readability than a mechanical gage
