  3. 3. Why do videos rank higher in search results than anything else?<br />

How can I optimize my videos to get better results?<br />Quick Tips:<br />Always use tag words and titles effectively!!!<br />Use very specific (as well as) geographic and industry keywords.<br />Use keywords (especially geographic) in the tags AND title.<br />When posting on multiple video sites, give the video a slightly different title on each one. Use different keywords!<br />On Youtube, make sure you use a channel specific to your business, and tag and title your channel as well.<br />

Also on Youtube, create playlists according to slightly more general keywords, but put all the relevant videos in those playlists for higher search results as well (Youtube reserves some spots on search results for playlists).<br />7. Include links to your videos in emails, your blog, website, as well as social media! This will drive traffic to your videos, which will in turn engage potential customers and drive traffic to your website (and make sales!).<br />8. Begin to create a brand for yourself in your videos, or if you have a good brand that works well on video, use that! Consistency is king!<br />
