Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation) Overseas Student Travel Insurance PolicyIn consideration of the premium to be paid by the Insured and subject to the general conditions, insuringagreements, exclusions and endorsement to this insurance policy, New Hampshire Insurance Company, hereincalled the Company, agrees with the Insured in accordance with the Insuring Agreements attached, definitions,conditions and exclusions as follows;Section 1: DefinitionsIt is hereby agreed and noted that this Rider is part of the policy. And in the period of insurance, the InsuredPerson is covered as the following; Insured Person means the insured and all person who have been covered under this policy and named in thepolicy schedule. Home Country means a geographical country that the Insured Person has the existing address on there. Accident means an event which happens suddenly due to causes external and giving rise to the result whichthe Insured Person did not intend to anticipate. Hospital means, except as may otherwise be provided, a Hospital (other than an institution for the aged,chronically ill or convalescent, resting or nursing homes) operated pursuant to law for the care and treatment ofsick or injured persons with organized facilities for diagnosis and surgery and having 24-hour nursing servicesand medical supervision. Physician means a doctor of western medicine or doctor of osteopathy licensed to render medical services orperform surgery in accordance with the laws of the state where such professional services are performed. Injury means bodily Injury caused solely and directly by violent, accidental, external, and visible meansoccurring while this Policy is in force and resulting directly and independently of all other causes in loss coveredby this Policy. Sickness means sickness or disease of any kind contracted and commencing after the Effective Date of thisPolicy and causing loss covered by this Policy. Injury or Sickness per time means any injury or any sickness has a same cause included either an interveningdisease which results on injury or sickness on that occasion; or any injury or any sickness which occurs on othercauses at the same time for any rest cures in hospital. Exclusion as apply to any injury or any sickness has beenoccurred after the date of obtaining the last medical care which over ninety (90) days for inpatient and at fourteen(14) days for outpatient, shall be the new injury or sickness. Total Permanent Disability means disability to the extent of being unable to perform any work duty in theInsured Persons regular occupation or any other occupation totally and permanently, for longer than twelve (12)consecutive months with the supported comment of physician. Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation) Pre-existing conditions defined as any condition for which a licensed Physician was consulted, for whichtreatment or medication was prescribed, or for which manifestations of symptoms would have caused a prudentperson to seek medical advice within three (3) years prior to the effective date of this insurance. In case of the company has already agreed to insure and afterward there is indemnity, the company hasown right to refuse a payment in accordance with the policy. While sickness or disease of any kind contractedand commencing within two (2) years prior to the effective date of this insurance. The company has no right todeny any claims after this first two (2) years. Immediate Family Member wherever used in this Policy shall refer to the Insured Person s spouse, child,parent, brother, sister, parent-in-law, or grandparent. Education Institution means education institution that has been licensed and acknowledged in accordancewith the laws of the country where such education services are performed. Tuition wherever used in this Policy shall include all legally required university registration fees, costs forrequired courses (and any applicable laboratory fees for participation in said courses, exclusive of any extra-curricular course fees), and any costs for the use of facilities for attending said courses. For the purpose of thisdefinition, costs associated with room and board and/or text books (whether required or not) are not covered. Terminal Sickness wherever used in this Policy shall mean that the Insured Person must be suffering from acondition, which in the opinion of an appropriate medical consultant is highly likely to lead to death withintwelve (12) months. Felonious Assault as used in this Policy means any willful or unlawful use of force upon the Insured Personthat is a felony or a misdemeanor in the jurisdiction in which it occurs and which results in bodily harm to theInsured Person. Common Carrier as used in this Policy means any land, water or air conveyance operated under a validlicense for the transportation of fare-paying passengers. Travel Assist means a company who provides service for Insured Person while abroad such as travelInformation, medical care advice, legal counsel, emergency medical evacuation service, repatriation service andgeneral information. Eligible Persons: Any individual, between fifteen (15) to forty five (45) years of age, who is enrolled and attending a registered and accredited educational institution for higher learning, outside of their home country on a full time basis, and who has paid the appropriate premium for this insurance. Full time basis, for the purpose of this Policy shall mean an individual, who is taking on a minimum number of class-credits per semester, as identified in the corresponding university s or registered institution s by-laws and/or handbook. (An example of this, would be a minimum course load of fifteen (15) credits in a United States university or registered institution,) Under this policy, the company may considered the country that the Insured Person goes for studying or being study is not the Insured Person s home country for the purposes of this insurance.2. Period of Coverage: Effective Date of Insurance Coverage will begin on the later of the following: a.) The date the Application and premium are received by the Company or its designated representative; or b.) On the departure date the coverage will start in two (2) hours before the insured departs from his domicile. b.) The date requested on the Application. Upon on which one is happened in the last. Expiration Date of Insurance Coverage will end on the earlier of the following: a.) The Insured Person s permanent return to their Home Country or the insured arrive to his domicile after two (2) hours; or b.) The date the Insured Person cancel the insurance policy; or c.) The insurance policy is expired. Upon on which one is happened in the previous.3. Terminate of Policy 3.1 The Company is entitled terminate this policy by sending a written notice at least fifteen (15) days in advance to the Insured at the last known address by registered mail. In this case, the Company will refund the premium to the Insured by deducting the premium for the period which have been covered. 3.2 The Insured is entitled to terminate this policy by notifying the Company in writing and as such he is entitled to the premium equal to the amount after deduction of the premium for the period which have been covered in accordance with the short-period rate of the premium, as specified in the following schedule. Entire Contract Changes This Policy, including the endorsements and the attached papers, if any, constitutes the entire contract of insurance. No change in this Policy shall be valid until approved by an executive officer of the Company and unless such approval be endorsed hereon. No agent has authority to change this Policy or to waive any of its provisions.5. Notice of Claim Written notice of claim to be given to the Company within twenty (20) days after the occurrence or commencement of any loss covered by this Policy, or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible. Notice given by or on behalf of the claimant to the Administrative Office of the Company, or to any authorized agent of the Company, with information sufficient to identify the Insured Person shall be deemed notice to the Company.6. Claims Forms The Company, upon receipt of a notice of claim, will furnish to the claimant such forms as are usually furnished by it for filing proof of loss. If such forms are not furnished within fifteen (15) days after the giving of such notice the claimant shall be deemed to have complied with the requirements of this Policy as to proof of loss upon submitting, within the time fixed in this Policy for filing proof of loss, written proof covering the occurrence, the character and the extent of the loss for which claim is made. Proof of Loss Written proof of loss must be furnished to the Company at its said office in case of claim for loss which provided any periodic payment contingent upon continuing loss within thirty (30) days after the death and disability. In case of claim for any other loss within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date of such loss. Failure to furnish such proof within the time required shall not invalidate nor reduce any claim if it was not reasonably possible to give proof within such time, provided such proof is furnished as soon as reasonably possible. For any claims related to medical expenses, the insured must submit the original receipt and the company will return this receipt with evidence of claim payment and the insured presents this document to other insurance companies for any further claims. In the case that the insured is covered under any state benefit or any benefits, the insured is required to present the copy of receipt with the evidence of payment of the state benefit or any other departments for any further claims.8. Time of Payment of Claims Indemnities payable under this Policy for any loss other than loss for which this Policy provides any periodic payment will be paid within twenty (20) days from the date the company receives the receipt of the corrected and completed proof of loss. In case of there are any queries on claim for the above benefits that the claim are not in accordance with the coverage specified in the policy, the period can be extended as necessary, but not exceeding ninety (90) days from the date that the company receives all documents completely. If the company delays in paying the indemnity within the above period, the company will be liable for the interest at the rate of twelve (12) percent per year of the amount payable under this policy from the due date.9. Payment of Claims Under this policy, the company will pay the indemnity for loss of life to the beneficiary designation. For other indemnities will be paid to the insured as a maximum of sum insured as mentioned on each coverage (by the schedule of benefits) in which subject to any written direction of the Insured Person. All or a portion of any indemnities provided by this policy on account of hospital, nursing, medical or surgical service may, at the companys option and unless the Insured Person requests otherwise in writing not later than the time for filling proof of such loss, be paid directly to the hospital or person rendering such services, but it is not required that service be rendered by a particular Hospital or person. Physical Examination and Autopsy The Company at its own expense shall have the right and opportunity to examine the person of any individual whose Injury or sickness is the basis of claim when and as often as it may reasonably require during the pendency of a claim hereunder and to make an autopsy in case of death, where it is not forbidden by law.11. Legal actions No actions at law or in equity shall be brought to recover on this Policy prior to the expiration of sixty (60) days after written proof of loss has been furnished in accordance with requirements of this Policy. No such action shall be brought after expiration of three years after that time written proof of loss is required to be furnished. Appointment of Arbitration In the case of the controversy arising out of this policy between the claimant and the company, and if the claimant wants to extinguish that controversy by arbitration, the company consents to use an appointment of arbitration according to the agreement of Appointment of Arbitration of the Insurance Department.13. Territorial Limit The company provides the coverage as in this policy for the insured anywhere around the world excluding Thailand s domicile. Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation)Section 3: CoveragePart 1 Study Interruption ST1Insuring Agreements In the event of a Hospitalization of more than one consecutive month resulting from either a coveredAccident or Sickness, in the case of a Terminal Sickness, in the case of a medical repatriation or in case of thedeath of an Immediate Family Member, which prohibits the Insured Person from continuing his/her studies forthe remaining part of a school semester for which Tuition has been paid, the Company shall reimburse theInsured Person the non-refundable Tuition which has already been advanced to the accredited educationalinstitution. In the event of a claim, only the figures shown on an official invoice (s) from the educational institutionfor payment of said Tuition fees, shall be used as the basis for calculating any reimbursement. In no event shallthe reimbursement paid by the Company exceed the maximum amount stated in Schedule of Benefits, Part 1 ofthe Policy.Exclusions for Study Interruption With respect to this Coverage Part 1, Study Interruption, this Policy does not cover any loss, fatal or non-fatal, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, caused by or resulting from: 1. intentionally self-inflicted Injury; 2. Pregnancy, Childbirth, Miscarriage, Abortion and any injury or sickness associated with pregnancy or childbirth; 3. piloting or acting as a crew member or riding in any aircraft except as a fare paying passenger on a scheduled airline; 4. For Injury sustained while participating in professional athletics, or sponsored scholastic; 5. The participation by the Insured Person in any competition involving the use of a motorized land, water or air vehicle, or from the consequences on the Insured Person riding or driving a motorcycle or motor scooter; 6. For when the purpose of the trip was to obtain medical care; 7. For cosmetic or plastic surgery, except as the result of an accident; 8. For elective surgery; 9. For any mental and nervous disorders or rest cures; 10. In connection with alcoholism or drug addiction, or use of any drug or narcotic agent; 11. For any treatment provided by a family member; 12. As a result of, or in connection with the commission of a felony offense, or any attempt thereat; 13. For specific named hazards: hang gliding, mountaineering, rock climbing/repelling, sky diving, professional or amateur racing, and piloting an aircraft; 14. Any Pre-Existing Condition. 15. war or any act of war, declared or undeclared; 16. service in the military, naval, or air service of any country; Remark: The English Language used in this policy in merely a translation of Thai Version Page 8

Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation)Part 2 Compassionate Visit ST2Insuring Agreements In the event the Insured Person is Hospitalized for more than five (5) consecutive days, due to a coveredInjury or Sickness, and his medical condition forbids his repatriation and no adult member of his immediatefamily is present, Travel Assist will provide a round-trip economy class air ticket, or first class railway ticket, toallow the Immediate Family Member to be at his bedside. In any event, the Company s total liability for round-trip transport and for daily allowance shall not exceed to five thousand (5,000) Baht which the maximum amountis stated in Schedule of Benefits, Part 2 of the Policy.Part 3 Accidental Death and Dismemberment Indemnity ST3Insuring Agreements The Company shall pay an indemnity determined from the Table of Losses if an Insured Person sustainsa loss stated therein resulting from Injury, provided that such loss occurs within one hundred and eighty (180)days after the date of the accident causing such loss; the indemnity payable for any such loss shall be the amountstated opposite such loss in said Table, and the Principal Sum stated therein shall be the amount stated in thisCoverage Part 3 as applicable to such person and this coverage; and if more than one loss stated in said Table issustained as the result of one accident, only one of the amounts so stated in said Table, the largest, shall bepayable. Accidental Death & DismembermentIndemnity, this Policy does not cover any loss, fatal or non-fatal, caused by or resulting from: 1. intentionally self-inflicted Injury, 2. Felonious Assault 3. suicide or attempted suicide while sane or insane; 4. service in the military, naval, or air service of any country; 5. Sickness, disease, pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, or any bacterial infection other than bacterial infection occurring from an accidental cut or wound; 6. piloting or acting as a crew member or riding in any aircraft except as a fare paying passenger on a scheduled airline. 7. for specific named hazards: hang gliding, mountaineering, rock climbing/repelling, sky diving, and professional or amateur racing. 8. as a result of, or in connection with the commission of a felony offense, or any attempt thereat; 9. any medical or surgical treatment. 10. war or any act of war, declared or undeclared;Part 4 Emergency Medical Expenses (Accident and Sickness) ST4Insuring Agreements The Company will pay benefits for covered expenses incurred up to the maximum stated in Schedule ofBenefits, Part 4 of the Policy, if any Injury or Sickness commencing during the period of coverage results in thenecessary emergency medical expense to the Insured Person. 1. Charges made by a Hospital for room and board, floor nursing and other services exclusive of charges for professional service and with the exception of personal services of a non-medical nature; provided, however, that expenses do not exceed the Hospital s average charge for semi-private room and board accommodation, or intensive care when medically necessary. 2. Charges made for diagnosis, treatment and surgery by a Physician. 3. Charges made for the cost and administration of anesthetics. 4. Charges for medication, x-ray services, laboratory tests and services, the use of radium and radioactive isotopes, oxygen, blood transfusion, iron lungs, and medical treatment. 5. Charges for physiotherapy, if recommended by a Physician for the treatment of a specific disablement and administered by a licensed physiotherapist. 6. Home Country Expenses: Coverage is provided during visits to the Insured Person s Home Country for up to ninety (90) days per twelve (12) months of coverage, or pro rata thereof, for Injury or Sickness which occurs during such visit. Covered Expenses described in items 1-5 above incurred as a result of Injury or Sickness which occurs during such visit will be covered up to a maximum benefit of two hundred thousand (200,000) Baht . The maximum limit of liability shall not exceed the maximum limit stated in Schedule of Benefit, Part 4 of the policy. Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation)Exclusions for Emergency Medical Expenses (Accident and Sickness) With respect in Schedule of Benefits, Part 4 of the Policy, Emergency Medical Expenses (Accident andSickness), no benefits shall be payable with respect to expenses incurred: 1. For expenses as a result or in connection with intentionally self-inflicted Injury; 2. For suicide or attempted suicide while sane or insane; 3. Pregnancy, Childbirth, Miscarriage, Abortion and any injury or sickness associated with pregnancy or childbirth; 4. piloting or acting as a crew member or riding in any aircraft except as a fare paying passenger on a scheduled airline. 5. For Injury sustained while participating in professional athletics, sponsored scholastic; 6. The participation by the Insured Person in any competition involving the use of a motorized land, water or air vehicle, or from the consequences on the Insured Person riding or driving a motorcycle or motor scooter; 7. For routine physicals, check up; 8. For when the purpose of the trip was to obtain medical care or organ transplant; 9. For cosmetic or plastic surgery, except as the result of an accident; 10. For elective surgery; 11. For any mental and nervous disorders or rest cures; 12. In connection with alcoholism or drug addiction, or use of any drug or narcotic agent; 13. For treatment by a family member; 14. For expenses as a result or in connection with the commission of a felony offense; 15. For specific named hazards: hang gliding, mountaineering, rock climbing/repelling, sky diving, professional or amateur racing, and piloting an aircraft; 16. Treatment paid for or furnished under any other individual or group Policy, or other service or medical pre-payment plan arranged through the employer to the extent so furnished or paid, or under any mandatory government program or facility set up for treatment without cost to any individual. 17. For Pre-Existing Conditions 18. Declared or undeclared war or any act thereof; 19. service in the military, naval, or air service of any country; 20. For dental care, except as the result of Injury to natural teeth caused by accident; 21. For eye reflections or eye examinations for the purpose of prescribing corrective lenses for eye glasses or for the fitting thereof, unless caused by accidental bodily Injury incurred while insured hereunder; Remark: The English Language used in this policy in merely a translation of Thai Version Page 11

Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation)Part 5 Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation of Remains ST5Insuring Agreements for Emergency Medical Evacuation The Company will pay benefits for covered expenses incurred up to the maximum stated in Schedule ofBenefits, Part 5 of the Policy, if any Injury or Sickness commencing during the period of coverage results in thenecessary emergency medical evacuation of the Insured Person. When as the result of injury or sickness commencing while the Insured Person is travelling outside ofhome country and if the opinion of Travel Assist, or an authorized representative of Travel Assist, it is judgedmedically appropriate to move an Insured person to another location for medical treatment, or to return theInsured Person to home country, Travel Assist or the authorized representative shall arrange for the evacuation utilizing the means bestsuited to do so, based on the medical severity of the Insured Persons condition. The company shall pay directly toTravel Assist the covered expenses for such evacuation.Exclusions for Emergency Medical Evacuation 1. Any expenses incurred for services provided by another party for which the Insured Person is not liable to pay, or any expenses already included in the cost of a scheduled trip. 2. Any expenses for a services for a service not approved and arranged by Travel Assist, or an authorized representative of Travel Assist, except that this exclusion shall be waived in the event the Insured Person or his/her travelling companions cannot for reasons beyond their control notify Travel Assist during an emergency medical situation. In any event, the Company reserves the right to reimburse the Insured Person only for those incurred for service which Travel Assist would have provided under the same circumstances and up to the maximum shown in the Policy Schedule. 3. Loss arising from bodily injury or sickness due to or in consequence of war (whether declared or otherwise), invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, revolution, insurrection, civil commotion assuming the proportion of or amounting to a popular rising against government, riot and strike. 4. Loss arising from bodily or sickness due to or in consequence of AIDS commencing in the presence of a sero-positive test of HIV, and related disease. 5. Loss arising from bodily injury or sickness due to or in consequence of mental and nervous disorders, including but not limited to insanity.Insuring Agreements for Repatriation of Remains The Company will pay the reasonable covered expenses incurred to return the Insured Person s bodyhome (to his home country) if he dies, not to exceed the maximum stated in Schedule of Benefits, Part 5 of thePolicy. When as the result of injury or sickness commencing while the Insured Person is travelling outside ofhome country, the Insured Person dies within thirty (30) days from the date of the injury or commencement ofsickness, Travel Assist or an authorized representative of Travel Assist shall make the necessary arrangements forthe return of the Insured Persons mortal remains to home country, the company shall pay directly to Travel Assistthe covered expenses for such repatriation. Any expenses incurred for services provided by another party for which the Insured Person is not liable to pay, or any expenses already included in the cost of a scheduled trip. 2. Any expenses incurred for the transportation of the Insured Persons remains not approved and arranged by Travel Assist, or an authorized representative of Travel Assist. 3. Loss arising from bodily injury or sickness due to or in consequence of war (whether declared or otherwise), invasion, act of foreign enemies, civil war, revolution, insurrection, civil commotion assuming the proportion of or amounting to a popular rising against government, riot and strike. 4. Loss arising from bodily or sickness due to or in consequence of AIDS commencing in the presence of a sero-positive test of HIV, and related disease.Part 7 Lost Luggage and Personal Effects (registered with Common Carrier) ST7Insuring Agreements The Company will pay benefits if an Insured Person s baggage, which is in the care, custody and controlof a Common Carrier, is lost due to theft or due to misdirection by a Common Carrier while such person isticketed passenger on the Common Carrier and during the period of coverage. The Company will reimburse an Insured Person for the cost of replacement of the baggage and itscontents. All claims must be verified by the Common Carrier. The maximum amount to be reimbursed per anyone loss and the maximum value per article contained in any bag are stated in Schedule of Benefits, Part 7 of thePolicy. Deductible the company shall not pay the first of five hundred (500) Baht of each and every loss.Loss of a Pair / Set: In case of loss to a pair or set, the Company may elect to: 1. Repair or replace any part, to restore the pair or set to its value before the loss; or 2. Pay the difference between the cash value of the property before and after the loss. The company at its option may make payment subject to due allowance of wear and tear and depreciation for any articles that are more than one year old.Exclusions for Lost Luggage and Personal Effects (Cregistered with Common Carrier) With respect in Schedule of Benefits, Part 7 of the Policy, Common Carrier Baggage Loss and PersonalEffects, this Policy does not cover any loss, in whole or in part, of: 1. Benefits will not be provided for any loss resulting (in whole or in part) from: 1. wear and tear or gradual deterioration; 2. insects or vermin; 3. inherent vice or damage; 4. confiscation or expropriation by order of any government or public authority; 5. seizure or destruction under quarantine or custom regulation; 6. radioactive contamination; 7. usurped power or action taken by governmental authority in hindering combating or defending against such an occurrence; 8. transporting contraband or illegal trade; 9. mysterious disappearance; or 10. breakage of brittle or fragile articles, jewelry, cameras, musical instruments, radios, computers of any kind, and similar property.Remark: The English Language used in this policy in merely a translation of Thai Version Page 14

Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation)Part 8 Personal Liability Abroad ST 8Insuring Agreements The Company will indemnify the Insured Person in respect of legal liability occurring during his trip as aresult of Accidental bodily Injury or sickness of another person, or Accidental loss or damage to the property ofanother person. Up to the maximum amount stated in Schedule of Benefits, Part 8 of the Policy, which shall be theaggregate limit for all losses incurred during the trip. Included within this same limit are all costs and expensesincurred with the written consent of the Company in connection with the defense of claims against the InsuredPerson, which may be the subject of any indemnity under this coverage.Exclusions for Personal Liability Abroad With respect in Schedule of Benefits, Part 8 of the Policy, Personal Liability Abroad, this Policy does notcover any loss, in whole or in part, from: 1. the Insured Person s participation in any act of civil or foreign war, acts of terrorism or sabotage, riots, public demonstrations, strikes and lock-ups 2. any deliberate and wrongful damage or harm caused by the Insured Person, any willful, malicious, or unlawful act by the Insured Person; 3. any non-pecuniary loss; 4. liability arising directly or indirectly by or through or in concoction with any mechanically propelled vehicle, aircraft or watercraft when the Insured Person is the owner, driver or pilot thereof or if the person having custody or control of such pilot or person is a servant, agent or person for whom he is legally responsible; 5. any damage caused by animals owned or kept by the Insured Person or by persons for whom he is legally responsible; 6. accidental loss or damage to property belonging to or held in trust by or in the custody or control of the Insured Person or any of his employees or any member of his family or household; 7. any liability resulting from the Insured Person s practice of his profession or trade or liability attaching to the Insured Person by reason of an express term of any contract; 8. bodily Injury to or sickness of any person who is under a contract of employment, service, or apprenticeship with the Insured Person when such Injury arises out of and in the course of their employment by the Insured Person; 9. damage caused by or to buildings or parts of buildings owned, rented or occupied by the Insured Person; 10. any claim arising from an Insured Person being insane or under the influence of or affected by drugs (other than drugs prescribed by a licensed Physician), intoxicating liquor, or solvents. Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy (Translation) TA-Exclusion 1 (Attached to the Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy)It is hereby agreed and noted that under the Overseas Student Travel Insurance Policy which this endorsementattached, loss or damage, injury, sickness or legal liabilities, arising or deriving from, no matter direct or indirect,the followings will not be covered;(a) any loss, injury, damage or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from travel in, to or through Afghanistan, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Sudan or Syria; and(b) any loss, injury, damage, or legal liability suffered or sustained directly or indirectly by an insured person if that insured person is: (i) a terrorist; (ii) a member of a terrorist organization; (iii) a narcotics trafficker; or (iii) a purveyor of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.If the conditions or wording in this Endorsement contradict to the Policy, it is noted to us this Endorsementinstead.
