    Hello James,
the short introduction is in Part 4. My main idea is, that organisation need to have 2 Basic Managements (like 2 Commandments) which are the same for the whole organization. First 1 we knew from LEAN and TOC ( JIT or Roadranner law), but this measurement measure only Physical part of job. (or material part of world) and allowing us to start to build Self - organizing system. But the Universe is dual. And we need to have second measurement, who is measuring the Mental part of job, because we want to create Self - improving organization. Self - organizing and Self - improving organizations can create never ending Innovations. Without innovations in one day organization will die.
Today in TOC, LEAN, 6 Sigma we have all tools how to manage operational flow, but now clue what to change in organizational structure and basic measurements. Or in other words, what Archetypes are blocking from seeing new Vision?
James, I for TOC conference, if You still have a place, I can propose to make one or another presentation:
    1. God, Quantum physics ....
    2. To share our success how to stop to consult, but to start Service in Supply Chain (when we are making all needed technical job for client, and he is paying for 'real' job, but not consultancy)
3.Our analysis what blocks Retailers to 'open' their sales and stock data to their suppliers
    4. Planograma - new possibility for DBM improvement.
    With best regards
    Darius

Darius, You form lead our minds to ponder the fundamentals. You open our minds to new ideas which challenge the fundamental structure of organizations. It will be interesting to see what model you propose to be the new fundamental.

God,Physics,Management Part I - Presentation Transcript

  1. Part I 1
  2. The Question: why it’s so hard to implement logical changes in to organisation? • Guru’s answer - because you do not have a Vision. • My hypothesis - because you have an Archetype! 2
  3. Few scenarios, which one is more realistic? 1.Vision, then 2.Mental model, then 3.Organisational structure model, then 4.Behavioural model Or 1.Archetype, then 2.Mental model, then 3.Organisational structure model, then 4.Behavioural model and Negative result. 3
  4. My hypothesis: An Archetype is not allowing Top Management to create the Right Vision! 4
  5. If my hypothesis is right, then an Archetypes will be in opposite with Laws of Nature. Can it be possible that the Universe and Business, the World created by a wise God and the Organisation created by an initiative Human, the Laws of Physics and traits of organisational management . . . have so many similarities? 5
  6. Physics dictates the beginning: the number of the forms of matter is limited. Additionally matter is the same everywhere, and its laws are universal. Lets prove! 6
  7. The Universe and Business have many similarities in structure and laws. The stars in the sky and the companies on earth are scattered very widely and unevenly. The New York Times > Business > Image > Masters of the New ... http://www.nytimes.com/imagepages/2007/04/03/business/20070... 7
  8. Global companies are very similar to galaxies. Global company - Galaxy is a huge system huge systems of companies and of stars and matter amid partners which are the stars, its members interconnected or have a gravitational connected by a centre which is the gravitational interaction. business-in-common. 8
  9. A galaxy whirls around its own centre, and what connects it – an invisible wheel of On the other hand, it is always interesting to mull spheres consisting over, around what global of dark matter. companies circulates and what is the “green” glue Scientists says it is a holding it together? peculiar sort of cosmic glue interconnecting everything. 9
  10. The solar system and a company, large for the scope of its country, are also similar not only because both revolve around their own galactic centre but because they attract the smaller celestial bodies – the planets, asteroids, comets and so forth. Looking from such an angle, we will be able to see the entire, acting Solar system as a large regional company which has larger or smaller galactic bodies of business revolving around it. • Omnitel 10
  11. Certain planets, just like companies, have conditions that are more or less applicable to the development of life. 11
  12. Moon. Might be akin to a distant branch of a company that has no independence but is constantly bombarded by competing firms and sporadic radio signals from main office. 12
  13. Meteorite. A fast, hot and constantly burning meteorite is similar to a Consultant leaving a greater or lesser crater in the company, which he consulted. 13
  14. Comet. A bright, distant and shining comet is similar to a Lecturer flying across the sky, lighting up the surface of the planet with the light of wisdom but, unfortunately, only for a short time. 14
  15. When galaxies merge, it feels the same as if two global companies had merged. 15
  16. When galaxies merge, it feels the same as if two global companies had merged. • When two or more galaxies collide, their merger can occur. The friction between the gasses and dust cause an upheaval of unimaginable cataclysms while discharging gigantic vibrations of energy and numerous stars and planets outwardly. The result of a merger depends on many parameters. • As large companies merge, entire businesses are discharged into the market, cumbersome structures are reorganised and thousands of workers are redundant. Negative emotions predominate, because only a small part of mergers occur successfully. Numerous regulations limit global mergers, and they happen especially rarely. It is probably unnecessary even to explain why at this point. 16
  17. Is an organisation spherical or pyramidical? That’s where the essence of the question lies! 17
  18. Can you smell the first Archetype? 18
