  • 1. Message of Prophet Mohammad (SAW) & Our Responsibility
  • 2. Why to rediscover the message of the Prophet Mohammad (SAW)?
    • His message is being wrongfully equated to violence when it is all about peace and mercy.
    • His message is being looked through the miserable condition of the Ummah when it is all about success and salvation.
    • Excellent morals, love of humanity, solution of all human problems are being overshadowed by ignorance and negative propaganda.
  • 3. Quran Araf 7:158
  • 4. Araf, 7:58
    • Say: "O men! I am sent unto you all as the apostle of Allah to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth: there is no god but He: it is He that gives both life and death. So believe in Allah and His apostle the unlettered Prophet who believed in Allah and His words: follow him that (so) ye may be guided
  • 5. Fatah, 48:8
  • 6. 48:8
    • We have truly sent thee as a witness as a bringer of Glad Tidings and as a Warner:
    • In order that ye (o men) may believe in Allah and His Apostle that ye may assist and honor Him and celebrate his praises morning and evening.
  • 7. Hood, 11:2 (It teaches) that ye should worship none but Allah. (Say:) "Verily I am (sent) unto you from Him to warn and to bring glad tidings:
  • 8. His mission It is He Who has sent amongst the Unlettered an apostle from among themselves to rehearse to them His Signs to sanctify them and to instruct them in Scripture and Wisdom although they had been before in manifest error
  • 9. His universal mission It is He Who has sent His Apostle with Guidance and the Religion of Truth that he may proclaim it over all religion even though the Pagans may detest
  • 10. Highlights of the Prophet’s Message ( In the light of his last sermon)
    • Worship one Allah ( Tauhid)
    • Accept Mohammad (SAW) as the final messenger, model and guide from Allah
    • Believe and work for the hereafter
    • Develop regularity and excellence in acts of Ibadah ( Prayer, fasting, charity etc)
    • Excellence in morals and conduct
  • 11. Message of the Prophet
    • All human beings are equal in their status except piety
    • Fulfill the rights of other human beings
    • Treat women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers.
    • Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
    • Convey these words to others .
  • 12. Our Responsibility Ye have indeed in the Apostle of Allah a beautiful pattern of (conduct) for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day and who engages much in the praise of Allah.
  • 13. And strive in His cause as ye ought to strive (with sincerity and under discipline): He has chosen you and has imposed no difficulties on you in religion; it is the cult of your father Abraham. It is He Who has named you Muslims both before and in this (Revelation); that the Apostle may be a witness for you and ye be witnesses for mankind! So establish regular Prayer give regular Charity and hold fast to Allah! He is your Protector the Best to protect and the Best to help! Hajj 22:78

    • The Mongols became the torchbearers of Islam.
  • 16. Consequences of not doing…
    • وَإِن تَتَوَلَّوْا يَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَيْرَكُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَكُونُوا أَمْثَالَكُمْ
    • If you turn away (from the Path) He will substitute in your stead another people; then they would not be like you! (47:38)
  • 17. Consequences of not doing…
    • Unless ye go forth He will punish you with a grievous penalty and put others in your place; but Him ye would not harm in the least. For Allah hath power over all things.(9:39)
