The purpose of this project, then, is to provide youwith an opportunity to find and interview two professionals in your field of study in order to gainfirsthand knowledge of workplace conventions and expectations.PROJECT REQUIREMENTSInstructions1. You will interview two professionals who are well established in your field, major, or subspecialty from two different settings.2. You will write a 4 -6 page memo summarizing your findings from these interviews.3. The memo is expected to compare the two settings in relation to the mission or purpose of the services, the population worked with or served, the agency structures and governance, the primary responsibilities of the professionals interviewed, and their perceptions of their work.4.
