Meditation is a powerful form of healing.

Energy precedes form

Worldwide meditation and visualization is capable of changing the form of the waters of the Gulf.

So here is one meditation for resolution and healing of the waters of the Gulf

From this moment on

Whenever I hear about the oil in the Gulf, I close my ears and I hear instead that the waters are now pure.

From this moment on

Whenever I see the damage to the sea life, birds, and plants, I close my eyes and visualize all as healthy and free.

From this moment on

Whenever I feel the stress of people and their businesses along the coast, I feel their return to a success and prosperity beyond their beliefs

Whatever it takes

I now see the Gulf clean.

Whatever it means

I now see understanding.

Whatever it teaches

I now see that the lessons are learned.

I affirm

The Gulf waters are pure and beautiful.

I affirm

The deep plants are healthy and strong.

I affirm

The shellfish, fish, turtles, and all creatures beneath the waters are free and healthy.

I affirm

The birds fly free with joy.

I affirm

That people have returned to their livelihoods and are prospering.

I forgive the images I have made.

I forgive the images I have seen.

I relax, I release, I let go.

I see the Gulf returned to its beauty, joy, and life.

I do what I can do to help on the outside while keeping the image of healing and wholeness calmly within me.

And so now, I rest in peace.
