A ‘linear trichophytic’ or ‘tricho-closure’ is an advanced surgical technique in hair transplantation which allows hair to eventually grow through a linear donor scar, camouflaging it. Today, trichophytic closures are routinely used in nearly every linear-harvest hair transplant procedure at Bauman Medical Group to provide the best possible camouflage of a linear donor scar.
