I feel completely supported by my team members and my manager. DonorsChoose.org has a positive work environment, encourages openness and innovation, and values the health and wellness of its employees. Above all - its incredible to work for an organization that sets (and achieves!) high goals on a regular basis.• Its a stellar collection of people; kind, witty, funny, supportive people. Rare in the world, rarer in NYC, but somehow 100% of the organization.• Great flexibility -- makes me work harder because its not about working X hours but being efficient and effective!• Staff embraces all of the core values, organization not only has a great mission but its a fun place to work, you can be challenged and know that there is help if you need it 11
