LOOKING FOR AN EASY AND EFFECTIVE WAY TO BOOST YOUR ENERGY? This brief PowerPoint presentation shows how the 34 themes of talent, as outlined in the StrengthsFinder 2.0 online assessment, can be organized into four Domains of Leadership. After completing the assessment, you learn your individual Top 5 talents. Armed with that information, you and I (and the Olympic-level athletes depicted in the slides) can then focus our talents on activities that CREATE HEIGHTENED LEVELS OF PERSONAL ENERGY. Just think of what that could mean for YOU and the personal & professional TEAMS you serve --- maybe just another “gold medal” performance or two?!
