The roundtable featured global leaders in business and government discussing strategy and implementation plans for the creation of the Skolkovo Smart City. The presentation focused on the evolution, strategy, and implementation of the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto, Ontario and the key principles and learning's that could be applied to the roll-out of the Skolkovo Smart Innovation City.
