  • 1. - Two Akureyri guys‘ adventure in Norway
  • 2. Third year Reykjavík 2010 Stockholm 2011 Oslo / Asker 2012 (10 participants from each of the Nordic countries)
  • 3. The procedure Two days non-stop work, in big and small groups (facilitator / coordinator had to be there at least two days longer) „Gala-dinner“ One day for study-tour
  • 4. Methodology Challenges chosen the same way in Oslo as in Reykjavík - Given in advance (11 -> 10) - 10 chose themes and promoted - Participants wrote post-its notes - Pitches and challenges 10 -> 5 Groups formed with participants from all the Nordic countries Sessions in groups and all together
  • 5. Methodology Assignments solved inside and outside: - egg hunting and ‚toymaking‘  - pulling ropes, jumping in bags, running with eggs . . . - a walk outside with a person from another group, problems discussed ...
  • 6. Methodology Facilitators followed their groups‘ work closely (Reykjavík – Stockholm - Oslo) Work done in relation to challenges - cartoons - hats - final decision of how to work Final call and presentation - Powerpoint (20 slides * 20 seconds) - Pitches/show...
