    • Reliance Capital Limited (RCL) was incorporated in year 1986 at Ahmedabad in Gujarat as Reliance Capital & Finance Trust Limited

    • Reliance Capital Limited (RCL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India under section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. as a public limited company in 1986 and is now listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange (India).
    • Reliance Capital Services (RCS) was set up in July 2008, to cross sell Reliance Capital products across the 150 million strong family of the Reliance ADA Group, comprising of shareholders, customers and other stakeholders.
    • 18. RCS through its presence across 75 locations in India, has acquired more than 1,15,000 customers. RCS today is the largest distributor for Reliance General Insurance and among the top 10 for Reliance Life Insurance.
    • RCL has a net worth of over Rs '3,300 crore and over 165,000'shareholders.
