• Five miles from the Libyan border in Tunisia, a massive tent city is under construction in the town of Allouetel Gounna. In this image taken today, hundreds of small tents and ruggedized shelters are in place. Personnel are starting to occupy the northernmost encampment. A store of unopened supplies exists at the eastern end of the new camp.

• Crowds gathered in from of buildings, tents on Tunisian side of border.

• Personnel, vehicles gathered at roundabout on Tunisian side of border
