  • 1. Hollywood
  • 2. Position
    • Hollywood is a district in Los Angeles, California – situated west-northwest of Downtown Los Angeles.
    • Due to its fame and cultural identity as the historical center of movie studios and movie stars, the word "Hollywood" is often used as a metonym of American cinema
    • H.J.Whitley is known as “Father of Hollywood”.He bought the whole area with plan to make a whealty city.
    • By 1920, Hollywood had become world-famous as the center of the United States film industry
  • 3. Appearance
    • When he appeared before more than a hundred years, the film is by far not been considered an art. It was just a convenient invention that has aroused the curiosity of the audience, but many serious observers were denied him the right to the likely future.
    • Even theLumiere brothers, inventors who staged the first public performance in the history of cinema at the turn of the century lost faith in his invention
    •   Fortunately, the magic devices Lumiere brothers acted with conviction and longer on some other pioneers of the seventh art, and it is they are led through the glory that is due. And the biggest and most important stop on this road was definitely Hollywood!
  • 4. Definition of acting
    • An actor (or sometimes actress for female) is a person who acts in a dramatic production and who works in film, television, theatre, or radio in that capacity
    • The first  actor is considered a Greek Thespis, who is 530thpr. Kr. came on the scene Dionis ’s  Theatre and became the first person  who spoke the text as a character in the play. Because ofThespis, actors at the time called  thespians . To 17 century, only men were involved in acting. In ancient and medieval times, it was shameful for a woman to go out on stage. The first woman featured in the show in Venicein the 17th century.
