  • 5. Brands are identified by the connection of persons to deep feelings when they experience… Players are intuitive people. So your game it is not what you say it is… It´s WHAT THEY SAY IT IS.

  • 16. Collaborate? BRAND DIY It´s a conjoint effort to spread the voice and transmit trust
  • 17. Try & Fail is the only solution. You know when something is innovative if it scares as HELL!!! Innovate?
  • 18. 1.ASK your players what would they do? 2.Make a small focus group before launching 3.If one player can´t verbalize your concepts you have failed to communicate it. Validate?
  • 19. •It´s a process not a building, it is in constant movement in the brain of your players •Brands are like people; they must change the clothes but not their character and values.. Cultivate?
  • 20. Make it simple: DOES OUR GAME LOOKS TOO BIG FOR THEM? But is not enough
  • 21. The more distributed a brand becomes the stronger its management has to be. And DO NOT stop learning
