Wondering what to do with the leftover rotis. You can convert them into a healthy
snack.
Ingredients:
• Left over chapattis: 2
• Onion: 1
• Carrot: 1
• Jeera: 1 tsp
• Green chili: 3no
• Coriander leaves: handful
• Salt: to taste
• Lemon juice: few drops
• Peanuts: 2 tsp
• Oil: 5 ml

Method
• Tear chapattis into small pieces and keep it aside.
• In a pan heat oil, add Jeera, onions, green chili, carrots and sauté for few minutes
• Add peanuts and fry till golden brown.
• Now add the torn roti and mix well.
• Add salt to taste and sauté for a minute.
• Add lemon juice and remove it from flame
• Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
