  • 2. Accident <ul><li>Accident mainly occurs only due to the fault of the drivers or the person who drives the vehicle. </li></ul>
  • 3. Accident may happen due to <ul><li>Over speed </li></ul><ul><li>Without wearing helmet </li></ul><ul><li>Without wearing seatbelt </li></ul><ul><li>While speaking in the phone </li></ul><ul><li>Not following traffic rules </li></ul>
  • 4. Over speed <ul><li>WHEN WE DRIVE IN OVER SPEED WE LOSE CONTROL EASILY. </li></ul><ul><li>IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SLOW DOWN,MAINLY IN RAINY AND SNOWY SEASON. </li></ul><ul><li>IT CAN BE CONTROLLED BY DRIVING AT LOW SPEED AND IF THE BRAKES HAS ABS </li></ul>
  • 5. While speaking in phone <ul><li>Please do not talk in the phone while driving in the vehicle. </li></ul>
  • 6. Without wearing helmet: Without wearing helmet is the very big headache for the drivers because it may lead to accident.
  • 7. Without wearing seat belts: <ul><li>Wear seat belt while driving in the vehicles and that may cause death. </li></ul>

Road Accident <ul><li>1,14,590 deaths occur in INDIA in 2007. </li></ul><ul><li>National Health Service (NHS)spends 1.3 billion euro on treatment of injuries. </li></ul><ul><li>Total economic loss of india due to road accident is more than Rs. 3,00,000 crores !!!!!!!!! </li></ul><ul><li>One child is killed in a accident,every three minutes in the world,every hour one person lost his life in europe. </li></ul>

PREVENTION OF ROAD ACCIDENT <ul><li>Strict punishment should be enforced by govt. if a person drives in over speed </li></ul><ul><li>Tamper proof speed controllers should be installed in all vehicles. </li></ul><ul><li>Two wheelers should not exceeded 50-70km/h. </li></ul><ul><li>All the rules should be followed properly by the people. </li></ul>
