Ltd was established in march 2000 Company has been providing Combustion solutions to various industries since 1987.With over 400 installations spread all over India and overseas, the Company has established itself as an undisputed leader in terms of market share, customer satisfaction, products quality, timely delivery and for reliable after sales services for Indian Cement & pyro-processing industries. The Palghar factory is situated near Mumbai, India on a plot of 1,25,000 Sq. ft. land and is equipped with modern research, manufacturing and testing facilities. The Corporate office in Mumbai houses the design and administrative facilities. The team of Combustion Experts at Singhania’s have a cumulative work experience of over 150 man years in combustion & firing technology. The team is highly motivated to meet any specific combustion needs and engineer tailor-made combustion and heat transfer systems. We at Singhania’s follow the philosophy of working in partnership with our customers through innovative designs & futuristic approach. The Company has always exceeded the target set by its customers.With technical expertise and competitive pricing, Singhania System Technologists Pvt. Ltd. has carved a niche for itself, our clients being the who's who of Indian Cement Industry. Overseas customers have also benefited from our experience, with installations running successfully worldwide.

Combustion and heat transfer product Singhania’s has specialised itself for the pyroprocessing products, such as, Rotary Kiln Burners, Calciner Burners, Tertiary Duct Burner etc. These Burners can fire liquid, solid pulverised fossil fuels, Petcoke, Agro waste, Oil sludge, Gaseous fuels such as natural gas, propane, low BTU gases etc. in any combination or individually. Singhania’s Hot Air Generator are used for drying applications in various industries. Singhania’s offers complete combustion solutions which includes turn key installations of fuel oil unloading & transferring & storage tank forms, fuel oil preparation units, fuel oil trains, industrial burners etc. The gaseous station include the gas trains, burners & burner management systems. 2. Industrial and gas product The range of industrial products includes the various atmospheric gas generators such as PSA N2 Gas Generators, PSA O2 Gas Generators, Hydrogen Gas Generators, Ammonia Crackers, De-oxo units etc. The range of products also includes Centralised Oil lubrication Systems for steel plants. Roll Coolant Systems, Magnetic Separators, Oil Skimmers etc. We also undertake the manufacturing & fabrications of specialised pressure Vessels, Stands & Tanks etc.

Structure of company : There are many department in the company and 67 employees are there: Managing director: Since managing directors are employed in various types of market settings like investment banking, finance, health care, insurance or law offices, corporate world and various other managerial fields, the managing director job description varies for every firm. Still, the managerial aspect of his work, remains the same everywhere. Human resourses department: Human Resource department (HRD) is the function within an organization that focuses on recruitment of, management of, and providing direction for the people who work in the organization. Human Resource Management can also be performed by line managers. A/c’s and finance department: Accounting or financial managers are the people responsible for overseeing and maintaining the financial strategy and history of a company.
  8. 8. The accounting manager is focused more on financial reporting, while the financial manager is focused on strategy and money management. Purchase department: In purchase department team of purchase is required normally they are executive and assistance. Purchasing departments work closely with accounting departments to save the business money. Technical director: Technical Director provides technical direction on business decision making using the Business Decision Mapping technique and in the execution of specific projects. He or she may be assigned to a single project, or may oversee a number of projects with related technologies. A Technical Director also typically keeps close contact with any Production Managers and keeps them informed of their budget status at all Production Meetings.

The team of enginner at singhania system helps the customer to improve systeam efficiency and overcome operational difficulties. Singhania also undertakes conversion of existing firing systeam to different fuels asn per the customer’s choice

In the meeting they will talk about present assignment, limitation, mistakes and future plan. They also fixed suggestion and grievences box.
