The candidate will need to be fluent in English and Spanish and have a strong phone presence and beable to resolve issues without escalating the problem by asking probing questions. The candidate will beentering notes into the company’s database and needs to be able to navigate the computer system tolocate spreadsheets and phone scripts as needed. The shift will be anywhere between 8:00 am -8:00 pm.Typical hours are between 35-40/week, but during slow periods may be less. Some overtime may berequired during peak demand. Pay is $12.50/hour. This is a contract to direct hire position, but there isnot a set time period for someone to go direct at this time.
