    2. What happens when you introduce a new software tool in your team?
      • Is the response lacking enthusiasm and excitement?
      • Is the team getting bogged down by it?
    3. Personalize the Introduction
      • Firstly, you need to be excited about this tool and you need to show this excitement!
      • Build a connection to the product by personalizing it
      • Eg: “They are based in LA”, “The founder is also called Bob, Bob” etc.
    4. Get the Net Wiz
      • Let the Net wiz or the web savviest person of the office use the tool first
      • He can generate some buzz about it (good buzz)
      • He can then give a 101 talk on the tool, about how to start using it.
    5. When a fellow team member (The Net Wiz) is promoting the tool, employees will feel pepped up to use it!
    6. Create a Support Process
      • The team members should be clear about who to go to incase of a problem
      • Set up a clear process for troubleshooting. It could be the net wiz or the support center of the product.
    7. Benefits & Value
      • Explain the advantages, benefits and value of using the tool.
      • Give specific examples about how this tool will help the current situation
