- Project document setup.
- Construction documentation & detailing utilizing Revit.

A number of the district’s buildings are fine examples of the reinforced concrete architecture of Albert Kahn. TODAY TechTown, an innovation district in Midtown Detroit, is brimming with potential. The nonprofit provides entrepreneurs and start-ups in Southeast Michigan with programs and partnering opportunities. The character of the area itself is unique, featuring building infrastructure that played an important role in the automotive innovations of a bygone era that is today rich with opportunity for reuse. FIRST FLOOR RENOVATION TECH ONE BUILDING Interior Renovation 20,638 Square Foot (Scope of Work) TechTown's vision for the first floor renovation is to create a more, open, collaborative environment of entrepreneurs, along with the best in class conference center to serve the expanding need for sophisticated and flexible meeting space for the TechTown business as a whole. The First Floor renovation will open up the interior space by removing existing partitions and expose the big, beautiful windows to bring more natural light. The first floor, will host a membership based co-working space of mobile entrepreneurs.
