DECISION-MAKING…Finding God’s Personal Will: The Way of Wisdom! A Model: A child playing on a playground... inside a protective fence
Within the boundaries of the Moral Will of God, the believer is free and responsibleto make his own decisions, using Scriptural principles, wisdom, and spiritual maturity.
1. Make Sure You Are Following Gods Desirous Will...His Revealed, Moral Will. • Obey commands & prohibitions! • Apply principles of Christian Liberty! • Establish Biblical priorities! • Adopt Biblical Attitudes!
2. Seek Wisdom to make Wise Decisions! • Through Scripture! • Through Prayer! • Through careful study of options and ramifications! • Through wise Counselors! • Through life itself!
3. Watch for “Doors” that God may open…or close!4. Seek to use your spiritual gift!5. If you are in fellowship with God, walking within the Biblical principles, follow your desires! • Philippians 2:13 • I Cor. 16:5-9; II Cor. 2:12-13
