RILA
Complete mechanical development of RILA, an innovative
rail track measuring system that can be mounted onto a
regular passenger train.
The development included the carbon composite housing
and GPS antenna, two different stainless steel coupling
adapters and various manufacturing tools for
optimization of lead time and production tolerances.

NedTrain de-icing tools
Concept development, function development
and engineering of dedicated tools for removing
ice from trains, enabling service activities in
winter time.
Brainstorm sessions with TRIZ keywords
resulted in numerous solutions. By heavy
involvement of NedTrain service personnel the
best possible solutions have been selected,
developed and tested.
