  3. 3. Field Complexesl  Field Complex Adminl  A complex has an address and contains one or more fields which can have games played upon them.l  Add in new fields and new complexes.
  4. 4. What are Permits?l  Permits define who can play on a field.l  Each Permit has one field and one set of rules.l  Permits are placed in Permit Groups for use with Scheduling.
  5. 5. When to Create a new Permit Groupl  Different rules for divisions with the same Age and Gender:l  Separate rules for out of town clubs or teams.

  7. 7. Advice and Tipsl  Black Out Holidays – Clone each permit to skip days you dont want games on.l  Use the Clone feature to save time.
  8. 8. Advice and Tips part 2l  Use Priority and Max games to choose which fields get used first and to limit games per day.l  Use the filter feature to make sure each age group and day of the week is fully permitted.
