From this slides Chapter 5, the staff of direction it about knowing how to lead people and guide them to the correct paths. At the same time it also mention that a certiria to be a good leader was to be stable and never get lost yourself. If a leader was wrong the group will eventually lost it position.
Futher more, I agreed that a leader should always on a look out for the team but at the same time they must also be a 'cheerleader' giving them strength to go on when at time of difficulities. So this mean that a leader shouldn’t give up easily and must have mre determination than the other ^^
