BEHFuture
The client: Barnet, Enfield and Haringey PCTs.
The brief: engage and consult with local residents
on the sensitive issue of the future of health care
provision in the area.
The work: a managed, bespoke e-consultation
campaign including the design and build of a
website and Quick Consult survey as well as data
analysis and reporting on the pre-consultation.
The results: more than 10,000 unique users
engaged; hundreds of responses to the survey.

Case study: policy discussion
Care, Support, Independence
The client: Department of Health
The brief: enable the general public and
stakeholders to have their say on the future of the
care and support system in the UK.
The work: a several-staged policy discussion site
including background material, news and event
updates, blog-based facility to comment on
headline policy areas and a quantitative survey/
vote phase.
The results: 36,000 visits to the site, and 1000’s
of useful comments and ideas generated.

The client: the National Academy of Public
Administration (USA).
The brief: gauge the opinion and hear the ideas of
stakeholders and the American public around this topic
of healthcare, IT and privacy.
The work: a sophisticated public and stakeholder
debate site, with comments and rating systems, and
the roll-out of an Opinion Tracker.
The results: over 2,800 unique visitors in a week,
submitting over 120 unique ideas and more than 500
comments on those ideas.

The client: Defra
The brief: raise awareness and encourage attitudinal
change amongst 11-16 year olds about the urgent need
to tackle climate change.
The work: an online communications campaign built
around 'My Abodo', a bespoke interactive online tool in
which players can customise various elements of a
virtual house and see the potential impacts of each
customisation on the climate.
The results: over 138,000 visitors to the site with
more than 32,000 abodos created.

A Picture of Health
The client: Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich and
Lewisham PCTs.
The brief: run a broad consultation with
residents and stakeholders on the future of
healthcare provision in the area.
The work: an online consultation integrated with
existing site and assets; data management for
the entire consultation process including data
entry of responses received offline and
management of a dedicated consultation hotline.
Integration and delivery of all results (both offline
and online) for detailed analysis.
