F.I.B.C.'s are a cost effective means of storing and transporting many different
products such as fertilizers, chemicals, sand, gravel, stock feed, grains and food

6. Use of FIBCs & PP Bags
The popularity and the use of PP big bags is increasing day by day due to the labor
cost savings for handling and manipulation, reduction of waste ingredient and the
ability of being conducive for road, rail or container shipment.
These are being used almost in all industries & there is a large range of application
of FIBC and PP Bags such as : -of FIBC and PP Bags such as : -
Agriculture (seeds, cereals, animal feed)
Food industry (powder and granular products – salt, sugar, rice, milk powder, etc)
Chemical industry (soda, urea, ammonium nitrate, fertilizers, etc.)

7. Single Loop FIBC
• The Portabulk® Single loop FIBC is an alternative to the conventional 4 loop FIBC and
is comparatively very cost effective. It can be used to handle a wide range of powdered

and granulated bulk material. These are normally with 1 or 2 loops and have the low
cost advantage for the end users in terms of handling, storage and transportation.
• The end users have to their advantage of handling up to six Single loop FIBCs by a
forklift as compared to normally one 4 loop FIBC. As compared to a conventional 4
loop FIBC, a Single or a two loop FIBC can be stacked up to several levels, depending
on the handling equipment, storage and transport conditions. This not only enables a
better utilization of space but also allows a higher storage capacity in less cost. Like
the other FIBCs these single and two loop FIBCs are also suitable to be transported in
rail, road and trucks.
8. Standard 4 Loop FIBC
Standard FIBCs are the bulk bags used for fulfilling the very basic
requirement of the end users. They normally range from 500KG to
2000KG SWL and are manufactured with a safety factor of 5:1 (Single
trip) or 6:1 (Multi trip) usage. They can be manufactured in two types of

U+2 Panel design – a very basic design where the belt of the FIBC is
stitched along the seams on both sides. These bags are also known as

bag.
Cross Corner Loop lifting
Circular woven design – a bag which is specifically designed to hold the
loop up for their easy access by the fork lift. The belt is stitched on the
fabric and a special reinforcement of fabric is done on the area where
the belts are stitched. A bag with such a design is popularly known as
Cross corner loop bag as the loops are crossing the corners of the Bulk
bag.
9. Baffle Bags/Q-Bags
The Baffle bag very popularly known as the Q-Bag also is a wonder
in the FIBC industry. The bag is made in a manner to provide most
cost effective solution for ulk Packaging. The making of the bag is
such that it gives a considerable benefit to the user while
transporting and storing the Bulk material.

11. FIBCs Bottom / Discharge Options
The material may be discharged from the FIBC through a spout at the bottom, which
may have a “Star closure”, “Swan neck” or “Pyjama closure”.

12. Locking system in filling & discharge spouts
Discharge spout with B-lock Filling and discharge with a Velcro tie
Spout discharge may also be with a B-
lock, a special locking system that
enables the spout to stay intact and
bear the extra load of the bulk material
in the FIBC.
FIBCs for certain unique/special purpose

14. Container Bags
This is a single bag for a container, where customers can fill the material directly in to the
bag. The container liners has air vent, fill spout and discharge spout facilities. There is an
advantage of using this liner as we can save on handling and labour cost. The container
can be tilted and discharge the material by gravitation. The entire container liner area can
be cleaned using vacuum cleaner and make contamination free container liner.
Uses:- Container liner bag used for transporting the bulk quantity of material it means
10MT in 1 x 20' or 20MT in 1 x 40'container. By using this container bag we can save the
cost of packaging or in other words where we are using 40 No. of bulk bag for
transporting the material we can use only one container liner bag, so we can save the
packaging cost as well as handling cost of material. This bag are use mainly for
transporting the granulated/powdered material.
Design:- The container liner bag is design as per the container size(1 x 20' or 1 x 40').
Container liner bag has inlet and outlet spout. The fabric used for this bag is coated
polypropylene for body and double layer fabric for front and back of bag. It has No. of
loops on the top by which we can fix this bag inside the container.
15. Small Woven PP Bags
They are totally custom designed and may be with valves for
automatic filling and with a polyethylene liner stitched inside for
moisture and spillage protection. The liners may be loosely inserted
or stitched at the bottom of the bag. There is always an option
available to laminate these bags inside/outside, depending upon
the customer’s requirement and the application for which they are
being used.
They can vary from 700 Denier to 1000 Denier fabric, depending
upon the weight they are intended to be used for. The mesh of the
fabric can be anywhere from 9*9 to 11*11, depending upon the kind
of material customer wants to fill in these bags. It’s features are :-
• Strong and lightweight
• Water resistant
• More tear resistant than paper
• Ideal for resisting rough handling conditions
• Keeps its strength when in contact with water
16. PP Woven Sacks
These are the basic polypropylene bags with a loading capacity of up to
50 KG material. They are offered with PP/LDPE Lamination inside or
outside and are used for cement/fertilizer packing in India and other
developing nations. These sacks can be with printing of a logo or packed
product’s specifications. They are normally not UV Stabilized, for outdoor
protection, but may be done as per the customer requirements.
17. PP Woven Fabric
We also export Circular or Flat Woven Fabrics to convert them to
Sacks or Bags at customer's end or to use them as cover for
textile packing, upholstery and carpet packing. Sacks, bags and
fabrics can be supplied in any colour and are made as per the
specific requirement of the customer.
We can produce these fabrics up to a maximum width of 1.25
meters tube and 2.50 meters lay flat, a minimum of 40cm tube
and 80cm lay flat. Our fabric may be produced in different colours
as per the choice of the customer and may be given in form of
cut sheets, which may have a further option of being printed. The
fabric can be laminated inside or outside, depending upon the
application of the end users and can be cut with a zigzag style.

collaboration with the Starlinger of
Austria.
Our latest extrusion line is one of its
kinds in the Country, which can
produce tape up to 6.5 GPD (Grams
per Denier) giving us an average
strength of 5,700KG in our “1000KG
Safe Working Load, 5:1 Safety Factor”
Bulk bag.
A quality report is prepared for each lot coming
out of the extrusion line every 20 minutes
(approximately 200 bobbins/cones) in which
we check the denier and GPD for at least 20
cones in the lot and the denier variation
between each of these cones. We even have
a special trolley system to handle and
distribute these cones in order to avoid any
loss of strength in our tapes due to the friction
that may happen while handling and
distributing them.
20. Circular Loom
We have 10 Six Shuttle circular woven
looms, also specially designed and

10 tapes vertically in one square inch).
We also have a battery of 32 four shuttle
looms, out of which 28 looms are from
GCL India Ltd. and the rest four looms arelooms, also specially designed and
developed by Lohia Starlinger for
manufacturing the heavy-GSM fabric for
Bulk bags.This design ensures less friction
of tapes while the loom is running, thereby
providing us maximum tape & fabric
strength in the final fabric. They have
special photo-cell sensors to detect and
avoid any kind of weaving fault in the
fabric, which gives us perfect quality fabric
for our FIBCs.
GCL India Ltd. and the rest four looms are
from Lohia Starlinger. We can produce a
maximum fabric width of 80cm tube (1.60
meters lay flat) and 65cm tube (1.30
meters lay flat) fabric respectively in these
looms. These looms facilitate us to
produce the small woven sacks and other
accessories of the Bulk bags, while our 6
shuttle looms are engaged in the Bulk
bags.
21. Needle Loom
We have an in-house facility to make our own webbing for all kinds of Bulk
bags. The maximum width that we can produce is up to 50mm, which is
normally used in our cross corner loop design to give the maximum
possible coverage of the fabric to the loop.
The webbing when comes out of the needle loom is winded in rolls to avoid
any kind of damage or loss of strength due to ill handling. Necessary
precautions are taken to keep the webbing absolutely clean since it gives a
sense of cleanliness to the final Bulk bag.
22. Finishing

manufacturers who stitch the bags with both
Heracle and safety stitch to give extra strength to
our Bulk bags.
It is the technical expertise of our
company to finish the Bulk bag in such
a way that we achieve maximum
strength possible. The combination of
fabric and the webbing is stitched in
such a way that the final Bulk bag
performs with the required capabilities
to carry the load. We have all kinds of
stitching machines such
our Bulk bags.
The fabric spouts and baffles are cut in a different
section with an automatic cutting machine and
certain special equipments are used (developed
by our team of engineers) to have a perfect
cutting of the spouts and baffles. The fabric is
checked thoroughly at this stage in order to avoid
any kind of loom faults or fabric defect in the final
product.
23. Printing
To cater to the printing requirement of our

maximum width of 1.20 meters and a

rollers of this machine are specifically
designed to print on the heavy GSM
fabric with a good speed to have
maximum possible prints in shortest
duration.
One of the special printing works that we
have done for one of our clients in the USA
is “CAMOFLAGE” print on a Baffle bag,
which is one of its kinds in the FIBC
industry. Such achievements not only give a
confidence to our clients on us but also
make them believe that they can relay on
our company for all their Bulk bag
requirements.
24. Quality testing
Bulkpack Exports Ltd. has therefore spent a
fortune for buying its Bulk bag Testing
Machine, to facilitate its customers, which is
one of its kinds in the whole industry. The
machine is specially designed and
developed to test Bulk bags up to 3000KG
Safe Working Load or 8:1 Safety Factor.
We check at least 1 bag out of every 500

25. UV Resistance Test
Thereby protecting it from degrading and
becoming unstable and unsafe.
UV weathering test simulates the effects of
sunlight using special fluorescent UV lamps &
dew and rain with condensing humidity and/or
water spray.
The specimens are alternately exposed to UV
light alone and to condensation alone in a
repetitive cycle for at least 200 h using a test

26. Packaging & Dispatch
All our bags are packed in the bale form with help of our Heavy duty Baling
machine of 100MT, which is specially developed for packing of Bulk bags with
heavy GSM fabric. We can put 25 to 250 Bulk bags in a bale with this baling
machine due to its heavy duty cylinders and use our own tie tapes to strap these
bales. We always take an extra effort to make these bales as compact as possiblebales. We always take an extra effort to make these bales as compact as possible
to save cost for us and our customers both.
We therefore pack our Bulk bags as per the customer’s requirements to ensure
that it looks presentable and is as economical as possible.
For dispatch we use 20 feet, 40 feet or 40 feet High cube containers for shipment
of our goods to all our clients in various parts of the World. We always use a
premium shipping line to ship our products to avoid any kind of problems at the
customer’s end and to facilitate them.
27. We are setting up one more plant as the demand of FIBC is
increasing day by day & with the enhanced capacity of
production we are increasing our customer base also. The
new plant is intent to cater to clean room facility and will
have advanced technology with HACCP Certification.
