  • At create…..WIA/ARRA provides for indiv training. However, doesn’t help if no jobs to go to.At highly skilled……hopefully a more desirable location for companies to relo toKeep companies in our area.
  • Consortium can provide more “bang for the buck” for er’s with similar training needs.ER match is rarely cash. Jim or I will find a way to show that the ER has incurred expenses associated with this training that meet the ER’s required match.
