    • Releasing Talent in the Public Sector

    • It Will Not Happen Automatically
    • But we know it is powerful
      • Rogers & Hammerstein
      • Laurel & Hardy
      • etc.
    • So define Collaboration !
“Collaboration is a recursive process where two or more people or organizations work together in an intersection of common goals — for example, an intellectual endeavor that is creative in nature—by sharing knowledge, learning and building consensus”
      (Wikipedia)
So its about People & Organisations
    • Social Collaboration is described in TeamPark as an analogy “the difference between a machine and an organism”. A machine is built to a well-defined specification and should perform in a predictable manner, a machine can be changed, updated and adjusted once planned and considered. Whereas an organism grows, evolves, and adapts. An organism cannot perform machine-like, repeatable performances; there remains a degree of uncertainty in its performance. An organism is, both very adaptive and self-organizing: the ultimate in flexibility and survivability. It can do things that a Machine cannot and vice versa. The social side of a company is comparable to an organism.
