  • As for the challeng to connect this to organizations, I've been thinking that organizations have the double-challenge that they are NOT able to create intimate relationships in the same way without coming out from behind the icon. I'm interested in exploring this theory a bit more, and maybe will write about it.

  • Missed that engagment ladder post of yours, but the ideas are exactly the same - encounter to intimacy in online relationships. You can overlay your graph with mine, in fact, because they are different ways of expressing the same idea. My graph is focused on tactics that people are using.

  • Interesting diagram. I looked at this almost two years ago based on a business relationship ladder of engagement framework - which is person to person - the missing link is how to connect this to organizations - at least in the minds of a lot of nonprofit leaders.
