  • 6. Supply-side Energy Services  Supply-side Services - Energy Auditing and Consulting - Natural Gas and Electric Brokering - Deregulation Choice Program Consulting 6
  • 7. Supply-side Energy Services  Our goal is four-fold: 1) develop a Custom Energy Profile (CEP) for each building 2) make alternative energy suppliers (AES) compete to service CEPs 3) identify best program fit: whether fixed pricing that enable ‘budget certainty’ or indexed pricing that may be more cost-effective 4) insure there is ‘no switching’ – remain with current energy company for distribution; AES to deliver the energy needed to power your business 7
  • 8. Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions  Energy Auditing and Consulting 8
  • 9. • 11. Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions  CSEE (Cooling Systems Energy Efficiency) Solution Product that decreases kWh consumption in HVAC/R Systems by a minimum of 10% 11
  • 12. Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions  Lighting efficiencies that generate energy savings in the magnitude of 15-25% of lighting usage 12
  • 13. Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions  FESEP (Facility-wide Electrical Systems Efficiency & Protection) Solution to shield electrical assets and infrastructure from transient damage - Total building protection for your business  PFO (Power Factor Optimization) Elimination of wasted energy in electrical infrastructure - Average annual cost savings is 25% if problem exist in building 13
  • 14. Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions  IAQ/UV Solution Prevention of indoor movement of airborne biological contaminants such as the Swine Flu 14
  • 15. Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions  ALL of our Demand-side Energy Efficiency Solutions reduce your facilities’ Carbon emissions and save money 15
  • 16.  Our Demand-side goal is to drive out maximum energy costs from space heating/cooling, lighting and internal production processes without compromising quality or impacting operational output. 16
  • 17. One of 16 companies to be selected Company Of The Year for our innovation and Green Technology in 2009 17
  • 18. Federal Tax Credit  Energy Policy Act of 2005 - Commercial and/or industrial facilities that complete energy efficiency projects before December 31, 2011 are eligible for federal tax deductions up to $1.80/sqft - If the total energy consumption is substantiated to be reduced by 50% or more, the full tax credit of $1.80 per square foot may be possible to claim - If the total energy consumption is reduced by a less than 50%, a tax credit of 60¢ per square foot may be possible to claim 18
  • 19. Federal Tax Credit  Finance Options - The Federal Tax Credit may pay for up to 60% or more of our Demand-side energy efficiency solutions. The remaining 40% is more than offset by the monthly savings realized through the energy efficiency program(s). - In essence, Federal tax dollars combined with hard dollars saved from overpaying local utilities will actually pay for our Demand-side energy efficiency solutions. 19
