Shortly, when you exercise and use muscles at day, the muscles should

properly, your heart will be active, so you earn energy for another days.

flexible and they can’t exercise. It might cause myoparalysis (Medical word
for paralysis of body muscles) which drives you to death.
Lastly, no energy would produce if you don’t sleep enough, you naturally

5. Why Average sleeping time is different
from ages
Muscles and interior organs gets bigger and bigger when
young kids grow up. Thus, adults require less time to recover
energy. As a result, recommending sleeping time changes by
the ages and physical health of the person.
In other case, infants or pre-schoolers need 14~15 hours of
sleeping times. Since young children don’t have advanced
organs, they need to relax for a long time to be active.

important to sleep at and for same time. For instance, when
you usually sleep at 11 o’ clock, you have to try to sleep at
same time because people have internal body cycle, so when
the cycle breaks, whole body systems get confuse. Thus,
sleep for enough time and sleep at similar time as usual is the
most important to maintain physical and mental health.
