How sleeping affects you physically
 Sleeping activates brain effectively and it flows bloods to all around body.
   Shortly, when you exercise and use muscles at day, the muscles should
   have relaxing time and sleeping helps those steps. By flowing bloods
   properly, your heart will be active, so you earn energy for another days.



 However, when people do not sleep for enough time, their body won’t be
   flexible and they can’t exercise. It might cause myoparalysis (Medical word
   for paralysis of body muscles) which drives you to death.



 Lastly, no energy would produce if you don’t sleep enough, you naturally
   can’t concentrate on tasks and jobs.
Scientific Descriptions
                    All the blood vessels and organs are

                    related to other vessels, so if one organ

                    has problem with flowing blood, brain will

                    not get enough blood, so people have to

                    relax and sleep for several hours in order to

                    deliver the bloods to brain and the heart.,
Proper sleeping time for ages

 According to recent research, the most comfortable and
  appropriate for growing teenager is 8 to 9 hours (Information

Why Average sleeping time is different
from ages

 Muscles and interior organs gets bigger and bigger when
  young kids grow up. Thus, adults require less time to recover
  energy. As a result, recommending sleeping time changes by
  the ages and physical health of the person.



 In other case, infants or pre-schoolers need 14~15 hours of
  sleeping times. Since young children don’t have advanced
  organs, they need to relax for a long time to be active.

 For ordinary teenagers, they recommended to sleep for
  8.25~9.25 hours, but experiment showed that 7 hours of
  sleeping also recovers the energy properly.
How sleeping gives advantages to
people?

 As previous slide shows, sleeping produces energy to do
  activities, so if you sleep enough, you might can concentrate
  on your task practically. For example, when you sleep less
  than proper sleeping time about 7~8 hours, you feel lazy and
  your mind keep pauses. Therefore, sleeping provides you
  with healthy mind and body.
What action should be taken to stay
healthy

 Long and enough sleeping is also important, but it is
  important to sleep at and for same time. For instance, when
  you usually sleep at 11 o’ clock, you have to try to sleep at
  same time because people have internal body cycle, so when
  the cycle breaks, whole body systems get confuse. Thus,
  sleep for enough time and sleep at similar time as usual is the
  most important to maintain physical and mental health.
