  • 2. Vision State • Building and promoting the TRANSMART activities to ensure a coherent platform and a vibrant community
  • 3. Mission • Promote the awareness of TRANSMART and make activities transparent • Actively coordinate TRANSMART main development and related activities.

New Roles - Transmart Community Manager (full time role) -led by CEO Cuts across the scientists, informationists, bringing all stakeholders together to try to make all dev cohesive and the comms of this visible. Exchange of use cases. • • • • • • • • • Comms from projects – proactive engagement at project level development activity Host community TCs and follow up actions Updating the comms on wiki and other community tools Work closely with Board and other major initiviatives ie.. Etriks, TRAIT , Standards boards etc, Format statements at scientific level and development level. Communicate timings of core development iterations and planning of iterations Leverage community resource and avoid duplication create synergies Co-ordinatioin of working groups (scientific and Architect) Problems to solve: Lack of Data transparency, development cohesiveness and openess, project communications
  • 5. Working Groups • Scientific Working Group – led by CSO Functionality feedback and requests, scienficic direction, • Core Architect working group – led by CTO development approval, agree of timings of core development iterations and planning of iterations. Integration with scientifc track.
