• Coachee has to initiate the coaching project with clear motivation and commitment.
• There are mutual respect, trust, relationship and confidentiality between coach and
coachee.
• There is a clear objective of coaching project which is defined and managed by coachee.
• Set-up right expectation on what Coach can do and can’t not do.
• Both the coaching project and coach candidate can’t be assigned; it will fail without
strong motivation and clear self-awareness to make the change from coachee.

B. What do we believe in as a coach?
Coach believes that each client is unique, creative, and personally responsible for
moving their capability in the direction they choose.
C. What is coachee’s role and responsibility in this coaching project?
• You take the ownership of this project by initiating the project, getting funding and
interviewing right coach for you as the first step.
• You need to spare times, clean your mental space before the coaching conversation
session.
• This is a transformational journey within yourself, building up social support surround you,
including family and working environment is essential.
• You are requested to submit your coaching subject with your working strategy 24 hours
