Proposal: Replace the existing Bachelor of Industrial Management with a Bachelor of Industrial Management with a Project Management concentration The proposal would remove the following courses from the existing BIM to be replaced by the seven PPM courses:  ACC121  ACC122  FIN302A  ISE491  ISE495  MGT212  ECN201 As part of this proposal, the program entrance requirements would be changed to be: TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE DEGREE OR APPROVED EQUIVALENT OF 90 CREDIT HOURS FROM AN ACCREDITED INSTITUTION This change would mean that ISE 495 would eventually be phased out. This is the existing BIM capstone, so the exact timing of this change would depend on how quickly campuses finish or convert students on the existing program. Implementation Date: Fall 2004 OUTCOME: S. Gardner said Corp. Svcs. does not support this change. B. Honhart said that she has been working very hard with Jim Kullman regarding this program and suggests that the proposal be tabled. B. Honhart said the group should discuss what the core of classes should be called and make sure Corp Svcs is in attendance at the meeting. Proposal denied.
