Client and or consultant are solely responsible for providing a working database for set up and maintaining the integrity of the database during ongoing service. Database administration and development done by ScionASP services to solve database issues either during set up or term of contract are billable at $150 per hour. Administrator account users are solely responsible for database security and integrity. The limit of ScionASP’s responsibility will be to restore a backed up version of client database as needed. *Billable service charge applies. All bundles, customizations and database imports MUST be loaded on a test database (provided). Development of ScionASP systems is limited.     • Client agrees to provide capable technical assistance to resolve user system side technical issues as they relate to synchronization issues since O/S, hardware device and firewall systems can prevent FTP synchronization. *ScionASP’s telephone help desk support services is related to the CRM application only. Users must contact their designated administrator before contacting ScionASP. Customer must maintain serviceable systems (O/S, Hardware and ISP) and have access to non ScionASP technical support to resolve user side technical issues. See your ScionASP services agreement for complete terms and conditions and support hours. Users must synchronize every day to prevent data base errors. Client agrees to provide technical assistance to resolve user system technical issues. Certain O/S, hardware device and firewall systems can prevent FTP synchronization. ScionASP support services terms and conditions apply.     • Citrix Workgroup User Information Please complete the following information for each user that will be accessing SalesLogix Workgroup Client via Citrix/ Web portal. Your Administrators will need to install Citrix “ICA” client software on each Administrator and Citrix Workgroup computer. You can download this client from the Citrix web site at www.citrix.com. Customer must open firewall ports 1494 UDP and 1604 TCP/IP to enable connectivity. Due to limited performance of Home based ISP services (DSL and Cable) home office based and mobile users are NOT recommended for Citrix connections. These users should be configured with the remote, synchronization service. Please provide the following information for all Citrix Workgroup user names. Access to this account should be LIMITED. ScionASP requires one Administrator per account. Administrators should be fully trained prior to doing any work. ScionASP does not warranty any work done by the customer systems administrator or associates. ScionASP will only provide “refresh” of database. Other services for repair or troubleshooting are billable. ScionASP does not warrant the performance of client ISP services. Application performance could be impacted by bottlenecks or heavy traffic from the user’s desktop to their local ISP “hop”. Typically users experience slow, jerky screen data and user performance, dropped sessions, “hung” or “locked-out” sessions. ScionASP will assist in the testing and diagnosis of ISP service issues. However that is the limit of ScionASP support.
