HUMANE announces new charter for professional services <ul><li>On the occasion of the HUMANE 20th anniversary conference in Paris, 550 members received the new Charter for Professional Service developed by HUMANE. This is the latest outcome of the long-standing co-operation between HUMANE, with EUA the leading authority on strategic leadership and management in European universities, and the European Commission. The Charter was launched by the President of the Commission, who paid tribute to the work of HUMANE, both before and after the recognition by the Commission in 2012. This encompassed the promotion of good practice, the development of a mobility programme for senior administrators, the standardisation of procedures for the evaluation of University administration and a professional training and development programme. </li></ul>
