  • Begin onder in de sheet bij de niet-gemeenten: De PB’s van niet-gemeenten worden ingeschreven in het Openbaar Register bij het Kadaster. Het Kadaster zal de bijhouding verzorgen bij perceelmutaties. Middels de kennisgeving bij mutaties hebben de niet-gemeenten inzicht in de situatie De gemeenten: moeten hun eigen register en registratie opzetten vullen de landelijke voorziening met een totale percelenlijst en de betreffende PB’s op de verschillende percelen moeten de perceelmutaties binnen 4 weken na ontvangen van massale output aanbrengen in de LV Kadaster Geeft informatie van de niet-gemeenten en de gemeenten (via de LV) aan bijv. notariaat, makelaardij etc. Ontsluiting dus via Kadaster-on-line Bij verschil in kadastrale aanduiding bij mutaties laat Kadaster-on-line 1 laag terug zien. De perceelmutaties worden geleverd via de massale output (AKR en Kadastrale kaart)
