  3. 3. STEP 1: Go to the Engagement Activity TemplateYou can find the Engagement Activity template by going to the ISSR Engagement Hub, Clicking on theCreate and Engagement Activity Sticky and Clicking on the big orange button.
  4. 4. STEP 2: From the Engagement Activity Template page, click on Start an Activity fromthis Template and Fill in the Name and Select the Use members from templateUse the defaults for all other fields. There is a Checklist with details on editing the tags, members etc. Recommend including name of company and an Opportunity ID if available. You can edit later if neededIMPORTANT –Make sure thatyou select Usemembers fromtemplate so thatothers can helpyou if needed.
  5. 5. STEP 3: YOU’RE NOT DONE Expand the Engagement Activity QuickReference Guide and Complete the To Do items under the EngagementActivity Setup Checklist (This should take less than 5 minutes)Detailed instructions for each To Do Item can be seen by clicking on the name

General Engagement Activity Editing Guidance To edit the name, tags, due date, activity goal, use the Activity Actions button and Edit ActivityIMPORTANT – Use the Members page toPlease change the add or remove members asAccess to owners (recommendPublic (Read Only) making all team members owners. Please do not delete default Owners.
