Description: Managing all Interior Fit out, mainly (drywall and false ceiling) works on the above projects (MEDTEL
W.N. contract values from 5 M$ to 18 M$), including managing all the design and coordination with adjacent
interfacing trades.
Responsibilities:
 Managing a team of 25 in the technical office.
 Reporting to Project Manager.
 Coordination with variant trades including MEP, Kitchens, and Aluminum works, doors, wardrobes, vanities,
etc.
 Design Risk assessment & IRS's.
 Technical meetings / progress meetings.
 Ensuring design deliverables available to technical office & site as per program.
 Ensuring coordination with all parties / departments.
 Working with the main contractor & Consultant to attend any problems occurring.
 Provide guidance to the Project team on Design related issues.
 Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and
preliminary schedules.
 Prepare project organization and communication charts.
 Chair internal site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
 Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
 Ensure project’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
 Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project.
 Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc...
 Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
 Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database.
 Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are
obtained.
 Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for
developing this attitude in others.
 Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact the
company’s relations.
Dec 2011- Apr 2013, Mezzanine interior contracting S.A.L, Beirut, Lebanon.

Mezzanine is one of the largest fit out contractor in Lebanon, registered as an SAL (Joint Stock Company),
with a factory spread out over 1,200 m² of space, composed of a wood factory, offices, a normalized paint
shop and a warehouse.
